Security at Stenoa
At Stenoa, we're on a mission to revolutionize the way mission-critical patient care is delivered. Our cloud-based platform has already been used to process the care of over 450 heart attack patients across multiple Canadian hospitals, and we're just scratching the surface of what's possible.
We're not just building a platform, we're creating a new standard for mission-critical care delivery. With a mission this important, security and confidentiality are top priorities. That's why we design, build, and maintain our platform to ensure that our services are always available, secure, and confidential. We're committed to a 99.5% uptime, with a real-time status board for complete transparency, and we run annual penetration testing and regular security audits to ensure that our platform is always ahead of any potential threats.
Our infrastructure is hosted on the most reliable cloud provider globally, AWS, ensuring that our servers are physically secure and always available to handle any incoming traffic and scale as needed. Additionally, we encrypt all personally identifiable information (PII) and protected health information (PHI) both at-rest and in-transit, and suspicious or abusive login attempts are automatically flagged and blocked. We don't store any PII and PHI data on our users’ devices, and every action taken on our platform is logged to a secure and immutable database with administrator access. These audit logs not only support medicolegal compliance, but also help troubleshoot incidents.
Stenoa is making heart attack care more intelligent and intuitive by automating processes, providing real-time monitoring, and making data readily available. We're helping to improve outcomes and save lives every day, and we're constantly building to improve the way heart attack care is delivered.
We're proud to be at the forefront of this effort, and we're not satisfied with just meeting the standard of care. Stenoa is setting a new standard for mission-critical care delivery. We're making sure that patients receive the care they need, when they need it most.
And the best part is, it’s not that complicated - onboarding your team takes less than 1 hour. Join us on this journey and be part of the revolution in patient care.
